What you’ll do
- Conduct routine maintenance to keep chiller systems running reliably and efficiently.
- Inspect and troubleshoot existing equipment to pinpoint performance issues and faults.
- Repair or replace failed parts and components to return systems to service.
- Install, maintain, and repair industrial refrigeration systems, including: refrigerant handling, instrumentation, control valves, motors, motor controls, motor switch gear, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD’s), soft-starts, pumps, exchangers, filter, and refrigeration controllers.
- Uphold company and industry safety standards on every job.
- Position may require working up to 15% (no more than 300 hours) overtime throughout the year, as directed by the client and/or upper management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Vocational/technical training or apprenticeship preferred.
- Three years of related experience preferred.
Physical requirements
- Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions.
- Comfort with prolonged periods in a stationary position.
- Ability to climb up and down ladders.
- Ability to transport up to 50 pounds at a time.
