HVAC/R Service Technician - Commercial

Superior Energy Solutions is growing our commercial HVAC service team and is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC/R Technician for the Augusta region. This role supports a wide range of commercial and industrial customers while offering long-term stability, strong compensation, and the flexibility to work independently in the field.

Responsibilities
- Service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and equipment diagnostics
- Identify mechanical and electrical issues efficiently
- Complete digital service reports and communicate professionally with customers
- Maintain safety and quality standards on every job site
- Work independently while coordinating with dispatch and support staff
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC/R experience required
- 5+ years of experience is preferred
- Maine or New Hampshire Propane/Natural Gas Basic License preferred
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable using tablets, mobile apps, and service software
- Reliable communication and customer service skills
