NETTTS (New England Tractor Trailer Training School) is hiring experienced HVAC/R Technicians to become HVAC Instructors at our Pawtucket, RI campus. HVAC/R Instructor Details:
Earn $60,000 per year*
Part-time with full-time benefits:
Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
Paid sick time, vacation, and holidays
401(k) with company match
Shift*:
~26 hours per week
Evening: Monday - Thursday 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 4:30 PM - 10:30 PM
What You'll Do:
Teach hands-on and classroom-based sessions in the HVAC/R Technician program
Demonstrate tools, techniques, and procedures aligned with industry standards
Evaluate student progress, provide feedback, and track attendance
Maintain equipment and support a safe, clean training space
Participate in team meetings and collaborate with fellow instructors

RI Trade License
At least 3 years of HVAC/R experience
