Job Summary
TQS Mechanical is a HVAC and Refrigeration contractor specializing in supermarket refrigeration and commercial HVAC systems.
We started in NY/NJ, expanded into MA and FL, and are now entering TX. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a reliable team member to develop our accounting system and manager project expenses, and handle overall office administration.


Responsibilities 
  •  Monitor daily transactions to ensure all amounts are accurate and catch any discrepancies.
  •  Issue accurate invoices for construction projects and maintenance services.
  •  Handle payment processing, including managing checks and wire transfers.
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting.
  • Conduct budget vs. actual expense analysis for projects.

Required Qualifications
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in an office environment, administrative role, or data entry/bookkeeping.
  • Experience with QuickBooks setup and financial management.
  • Good with Numbers.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, comfortable learning new software.
  • Punctual and able to meet task deadlines.



Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in the HVAC-R or any other trade.
  • Experience with any ERP systems.
