The Opportunity
We are currently hiring installers for construction projects in Phoenix, AZ. Ideal candidates will have experience in a skilled trade such as carpentry, framing, roofing, mechanics, plumbing, HVAC, or new construction. If you're comfortable working with your hands, using tools daily, and tackling time-sensitive tasks with a positive attitude, you'll be a great fit.
What You'll Do
- Work on-site at customer locations to build or remodel HVAC & Refrigeration systems; including the installation of piping support systems, pipefitting, brazing, and insulating refrigeration lines.
- Use hand tools and power tools including: sawzall, circular saw, drills, and grinders.
- Work on a team under tight deadlines and changing priorities.
- Travel to job sites as needed (some overnight work may occur)
- Maintain a safe work environment while adhering to all safety protocols, including the proper use of tools and personal protective equipment (PPE).
What We're Looking For
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or on a team.
- Experience in a trade or hands-on construction role (required).
- Solid experience using power tools (sawzall, circular saw, etc.).
- Basic brazing or welding experience (preferred).
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Able to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy equipment, standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, and working in various environments.
