Job Summary
The Service Technician II - CRFES is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial cooking, refrigeration, and HVAC equipment, including both hot-side and cold-side systems. This role ensures equipment operates safely and efficiently in accordance with industry standards and customer expectations.
Essential Duties
Minimum Requirements
Minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on experience in Commercial Refrigeration.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Two-year technical degree in related field is preferred.
Must hold essential registrations, professional licenses, and certifications mandated for the role.
Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair the following:
Ice Machines
Reach-in & Walk-In Coolers
Reach-In & Walk-In Freezers
Make Line and Supermarket Cases
Must be able to read schematics and blue prints.
Diagnostic ability as demonstrated through prior experience and/or training.
Performs as a self-managed individual.
Professional demeanor, solid interpersonal skills with good written and oral communication capability.
Demonstrates strong business ethics at all times.
