• Guiding learners through the fundamentals and advanced concepts of HVAC technologies using an accredited curriculum.
• Leading hands-on labs in a modern shop with industry-standard equipment, demonstrating real-world troubleshooting and system maintenance.
• Designing engaging lessons anchored in current industry practices and certification expectations.
• Tracking learner progress, offering clear feedback, and coaching toward career readiness.
• Collaborating with fellow instructors to refine learning experiences and elevate program outcomes.
• Staying current with evolving HVAC/R tools, systems, and best practices.
• Preparing students to sit for certification exams and step confidently into the workforce.

What you bring:

• 3+ years of hands-on HVAC Technician experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication, patience, and the ability to motivate diverse learners.
• A genuine passion for teaching, mentoring, and sharing know-how.
