What You’ll Be Learning and Doing

• Assist with service, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of HVAC/R systems
• Support preventative maintenance, system inspections, and basic troubleshooting
• Learn from experienced technicians while developing confidence in the field
• Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and leadership
• Complete work safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of related HVAC/R experience required
• Basic knowledge of HVAC/R service, maintenance, installation, or repair
• Interest in continuing to learn refrigeration, HVAC systems, and field troubleshooting
• Familiarity with refrigeration systems, reach-in coolers, ice machines, or related equipment is a plus
• Comfortable using web-based applications and mobile technology
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to follow direction
• Dependable, professional, and motivated to build a long-term HVAC/R career
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and commitment to quality work
