What a typical day looks like
- Guide learners through accredited HVAC technologies, translating complex concepts into clear, practical lessons.
- Lead immersive labs in a fully outfitted training facility using industry-standard equipment.
- Create a supportive, engaging environment that sparks curiosity and growth.
- Track progress, coach for improvement, and celebrate milestones.
- Design lesson plans aligned to current industry standards and certifications.
- Stay sharp on new HVAC tools, systems, and best practices.
- Collaborate with faculty to refine and elevate program outcomes.
- Equip students to sit for certification exams and succeed on the job.
What you bring
- 3+ years of professional HVAC technician experience.
- S1 or S2 license, or eligibility to obtain the S license.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Clear, confident communication and strong people skills.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and engage learners.
- A genuine passion for teaching and mentoring.
