HVAC / Refrigeration Assembly Technician Level 2

Signing Bonus: $1,000 total — paid in $250 installments at your 3-month, 6-month, 9-month, and 1-year anniversaries.

Schedule: Day shift only, no weekends required.

• Mon–Thu: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Fri: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Optional OT Saturdays, 6–10 AM

What You'll Do

• Assemble HVAC and refrigeration systems, subassemblies, and components
• Solder copper tubing
• Read blueprints and specs to build to standard
• Troubleshoot and diagnose defects in components and equipment
• Calibrate and maintain test/production equipment
• Document build procedures

What You Need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read blueprints and technical specs (English)
• Self-motivated, works well independently
• Reliable — on the floor and ready at 6:00 AM
• Copper soldering experience a plus
• EPA 608 Certification a plus
