About the Role

Four Seasons Hotel Miami is seeking an HVAC Technician/Mechanic who shares a passion for excellence and brings enthusiasm to everything they do. In this role, you will support the daily operations of our Engineering team. This position is ideal for a hands-on professional who takes pride in technical work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to continue developing their skills within a luxury hospitality setting.

• Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of all HVAC systems within the property
• Ensure equipment operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with applicable codes and standards
• Respond promptly to service requests and emergency breakdowns
• Inspect evaporator and condenser coils and perform cleaning as needed
• Support overall engineering operations to maintain seamless guest and facility experience

What You'll Bring

• Knowledge and hands-on experience in HVAC systems, including high-efficiency equipment, cooling towers, chillers, heat pumps, DX systems, heat exchangers, hot water boilers, energy management systems, pumps, drivers, and inverters
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Solid understanding of all technical aspects related to HVAC and heating equipment
• Minimum of 2 years of technical training from a nationally accredited program
• 35 years of experience in commercial and/or residential HVAC service.
