Duties include fabrication, assembly, and installation of residential ductwork as well as other heating and cooling products. This position does include frequent lifting, bending, and overhead work. Must be able to work on ladders and lifts, use hand tools, and machinery. Ability to understand and follow blueprints and drawings is a plus. Valid drivers license required as light travel may occur.

Education and Work Experience High school diploma or GED
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Ability to understand and follow blueprints and drawings is a plus • Valid drivers license required • Ability to work on ladders and lifts and use hand tools and machinery • Ability to pass a pre-work physical and drug screen • Ability to join the local Union • Pay and Benefits: Union Scale and Benefits depending on experience and licenses • Eligible to participate in the ESPP Employee Stock Purchase Program
