Job Description:

The HVAC Install Technician will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install new HVAC systems, including ductwork, refrigerant lines, and electrical components, following building codes and manufacturer's instructions
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC systems, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems, including electrical and mechanical components
• Communicate with customers to explain the necessary repairs and provide recommendations for system upgrades or replacements
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including time and materials used
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects
• Continuously expand knowledge and stay updated on industry developments and advancements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance
• Valid HVAC technician certification or license
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in confined spaces
