Pay & Benefits

About the Role
Install residential HVAC systems in homes while working alongside builders, teammates, and leadership to complete projects on time and to company standards. This is a hands-on role with a strong opportunity to grow into a Lead position.
What You'll Do
Install heating and cooling systems in residential homes, complete ductwork and ventilation installs, read and follow installation plans, maintain clean and organized job sites, and work with your team to complete jobs efficiently and correctly the first time.
Lead Installers also oversee job flow, maintain quality control, support and train junior installers, and ensure projects stay on schedule.
What We're Looking For
• At least 1 year of HVAC installation experience (residential preferred)
• EPA Certification required or willingness to obtain
• RMGA Certification required or willingness to obtain
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Reliable, team-oriented, and professional
• Leadership ability or interest in growing into a Lead role
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
