HVAC Residential Senior Service Technician Level III

Overview

Clarke-Rush is seeking an experienced Residential Level 3 Service Technician focused exclusively on advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair.

This is not a maintenance-only role. The Level 3 Technician operates independently, resolves complex system issues, and delivers high-level customer communication and technical expertise in residential homes. $5000 Sign-on bonus!

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ducted systems
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, airflow, and refrigerant issues
• Perform major component replacements (compressors, coils, blower assemblies, control boards, etc.)
• Identify system deficiencies and recommend appropriate repair solutions
• Clearly explain findings and repair options to homeowners
• Accurately document all service details and recommendations
• Maintain safety compliance and company standards
• Provide technical guidance to Level 1 and Level 2 technicians as needed

Qualifications

• 5+ years residential HVAC service experience
• Proven ability to diagnose complex system issues independently
• Strong electrical and refrigeration troubleshooting skills
• Experience with airflow diagnostics and system performance testing preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• EPA Universal Certification
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
