Position: HVAC Service Technician

We are seeking a motivated HVAC Residential Service Technician who is passionate about serving customers and communicating clearly to help them understand their system needs and available solutions. Work Hours

Monday-Friday | 40 hours/week | Occasional overtime

Compensation

$20-$40 per hour, depending on experience + Spiffs/Bonuses

Position Summary

The HVAC Service Technician performs maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on residential heating and cooling systems following company standards. This role focuses on providing a professional, high‑quality customer experience at every visit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• 1+ years of HVAC service experience or equivalent education/training
• EPA Universal Certification
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills on residential HVAC equipment
• Ability to make informed repair and replacement recommendations
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Willingness to attend ongoing training, classes, and seminars
• Completion of formal HVAC training program (preferred)
