One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning – Wilmington, DE
We're looking for a skilled technicians who can diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems while providing customers with solutions that meet their needs. Competitive Hourly Pay + Performance Pay Opportunities
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems
- Perform maintenance and service calls efficiently and professionally
- Communicate recommendations to customers
- Present repair option or set a tech lead when appropriate
- Offer memberships, indoor air quality products, and financing options
- Complete accurate service tickets and documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle
Qualifications:
5+ Years HVAC Service Experience Preferred Strong Diagnostic and Troubleshooting Skills Experience with Gas Furnaces, Heat Pumps, Air Conditioning, and Boilers Preferred Valid Driver's License with Clean Driving Record Excellent Customer Service Skills Ability to Work Independently EPA Certification Required

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
