Pay & Benefits
$25–$35/hr base (depending on experience)
Uncapped commission on every repair and system sale
Spiffs + performance bonuses
$80K–$110K typical | Top closers can $120K–$150K
Company vehicle (take home)

What You’ll Do
Handle service calls with a sales-first mindset
Present repair vs. replacement options confidently
Close repairs and system upgrades
Upsell indoor air quality and energy-saving solutions
Build trust with homeowners through clear, professional communication
What We’re Looking For
2+ years proven HVAC or home-service sales experience
Confident, persuasive, and results-driven — you can close the deal
Comfortable presenting options and pricing
Clean driving record & professional appearance
EPA certification a plus, but not required
