What You Will Do
  • Respond promptly to leads provided by the company and guide clients through their options with clarity and honesty.
  • Present repair vs. replacement options with transparent pricing, allowing clients to make informed decisions.
  • Track and follow up on leads through completion using our CRM and service platforms, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
  • Review past estimates, service tickets, and maintenance records to identify clients who may benefit from follow-up conversations.
  • Proactively reach out to existing clients with aging equipment or unresolved issues.
  • Develop relationships with neighbors of existing clients and other community contacts to generate organic referrals.
  • Represent Morgan Pro Services in the community through networking, referral partnerships, and relationship-first outreach.
  • Build lasting client relationships that reflect our family-centered culture and reputation for trustworthiness.
  • Partner with technicians in the field to ensure a seamless client experience from first contact through job completion.
 
What we are looking for
  • Proven background in consultative sales, client services, or a related field — HVAC industry experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong communication skills — you can explain technical concepts in plain language with respect.
  • Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage your own pipeline and follow-up cadence.
  • Integrity-first mindset: you recommend what is right for the client, full stop.
  • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
  • Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar CRM/field service software.
  • Established network in the Houston metro area.
  • Background in relationship-based selling or referral-driven business development.
  • Ability to leverage AI tools to maximize lead generation and conversion.

What we provide
  • 36,000-45,000 Base salary plus commission- OTE $150,000 (uncapped)
  • Sign-On Bonus: Available — terms apply.
