Earth Air Heating & Cooling is a locally owned residential HVAC company serving Oceanside, CA (ZIP 92056). We're mission-driven. Doing right by the homeowner matters here, and so does clear, straight talk about options and pricing. We invest in the tools and support you need, and as we grow, there's room to grow with us.

What You'll Get:

• Performance-based commission pay (structure set based on your experience)
• A separate hourly rate for service or technical work if you're a qualified HVAC tech (rate based on experience)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Meeting homeowners in their homes to talk through comfort problems and concerns
• Looking over existing equipment and how the home is set up
• Putting together and presenting replacement, upgrade, and comfort options that fit
• Explaining equipment choices, pricing, and financing in plain language
• Preparing accurate estimates and proposals
• Following up with homeowners and keeping your leads and sales info organized
• Handing off sold jobs smoothly to our office, service, and install teams
• Keeping customers in the loop from the first visit to the signed agreement

Who We're Looking For:

You listen first and sell second. You'd rather help a homeowner pick the right system than push the biggest one, and people trust you because you're straight with them. You're organized, you follow up, and you like getting paid for your results.

Beyond that:

• In-home sales experience preferred (residential HVAC sales or comfort advisor experience is ideal)
• Working knowledge of residential HVAC systems
• Strong consultative sales and closing skills
• Comfortable talking about pricing, financing, and investment options
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
• ServiceTitan experience preferred
• HVAC service experience is a big plus but not required
