 Pay: Base $30–50k (DOE = Depends On Experience) + uncapped commission OTE (On-Target Earnings) $60–100k

Key Responsibilities: 
 
 
  • Perform in-home consultations: assess comfort issues, equipment, and ductwork; discuss options and financing.
  • Design & present solutions: create clear, accurate proposals including good/better/best options.
  • Close and follow through: secure agreements, collect deposits, and ensure a clean handoff to install team.
  • Own your pipeline: update CRM, follow up on open quotes, and maintain a steady close rate.
  • Deliver a 5-star experience: ask for reviews, set expectations, and resolve concerns promptly.
  • Partner with the team: communicate with dispatch/office, coordinate site checks, and verify materials/scope.
Qualifications: 
 
  • 2+ years of outside or in-home sales (HVAC/home services preferred, not required).
  • Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills; polished, professional presence.
  • Self-managed and organized with reliable follow-up and time management.
  • Comfortable working some evenings/weekends to meet customer scheduling needs.
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record; ability to access attics/basements and lift up to ~20 lbs.
  • Tech-savvy with CRM/estimating tools; willing to learn our systems.
