HVAC Sales Consultant

H&H Heating and Cooling is a trusted residential heating and cooling company serving homeowners throughout Delaware, Chester, and Philadelphia Counties. We are currently seeking an experienced In‑Home Sales Consultant to help customers find the right comfort solutions for their homes.

What You’ll Do

As an In‑Home Sales Consultant, you will:

• Conduct in-home consultations with residential customers
• Assess heating and cooling needs and recommend appropriate system solutions
• Present pricing, options, and proposals in a clear, professional manner
• Build trust-based relationships with homeowners
• Close sales while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction
• Work closely with operations and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals

What We’re Looking For

• Proven in-home sales experience (HVAC, home improvement, or related industry preferred)
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
• Consultative, customer-focused sales approach
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
