Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule HVAC installation projects from point of sale through project completion
Serve as the primary liaison between the sales team, installation crews, and customers
Manage and track sales leads, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion
Prepare and review installation job orders, permits, and equipment orders for accuracy
Monitor project timelines, technician schedules, and material availability to prevent delays
Communicate project updates and status reports to customers and internal stakeholders
Support the sales team with quotes, proposals, and customer consultations as needed
Requirements:
Prior experience in HVAC, refrigeration, or a related mechanical/trades industry strongly preferred
Proven background in sales coordination, project coordination, or scheduling
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficiency with scheduling software, CRM tools, or project management platforms
Ability to read and interpret HVAC job orders, equipment specs, and installation documents
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a team environment
