Your Mission: Bring Comfort Home
As our next Outside Sales Design Specialist, you’ll be out where the action happens: in the field, meeting homeowners face-to-face. You’ll listen, learn, and guide customers to the right HVAC & Electrical solutions for their homes. You’ll own the process from first handshake to final signature.
When you help a homeowner find comfort, you’ll feel it in your results, your paycheck, and your pride.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-home consultations to understand customer needs
- Present system options, estimates, and financing with confidence
- Close deals with integrity and professionalism
- Partner with our install and service teams for seamless project delivery
- Deliver an exceptional homeowner experience every time

Who You Are
- Experienced in In-Home Sales (HVAC or Electrical preferred)
- A natural communicator who connects easily with people
- Confident, coachable, and driven by results
- Organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
- Licensed California driver with a clean record
- CSLB H.I.S License Required – will help you obtain it if needed!
