We are expanding our office teamWhat You Will Be Doing: We are seeking an In Home Sales / Comfort Consultant with a high level of integrity, honesty, and a true appreciation for working with our customers to build long-term successful client relationshipsThis person will be meeting directly with our customers in their homes and professionally advising homeowners of the correct heating and cooling systems that offer the best solutions to fit their needsAfter the sales is closed, you will be a part of the physical installation of the replacement equipment Answering customer questions about newly installed equipment and insuring customer knows how to operate equipmentSupport from our dispatcher and a crew that's got your backHands-on training on sales process and equipmentWhat We Are Looking For: Over 2 years of experience in consultative sales, with a strong ability to assess customer needs and recommend solutionsIn-home sales experience in HVAC or a related industry preferredExcellent customer service, communication, and follow-up skillsHighly goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targetsProficient in using company-provided technology and digital toolsComfortable working in environments where HVAC systems are located, including attics and crawlspacesPhysically capable of lifting up to 50 lbsValid driver's license and insurable driving recordCandidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
