Our Sales & Service Consultants combine consultative sales with hands-on HVAC maintenance and repair. You’ll meet homeowners who already need our help, Tune-up their system, explain their options, recommend the right solution, close the sale, and complete many of the repairs yourself.

No HVAC experience? No problem.

If you have the personality, sales ability, work ethic, and drive, we’ll teach you the HVAC side.

What You’ll Actually Do

This position is part sales, part technician, and 100% customer-focused.

Sell

• Meet homeowners on scheduled maintenance and service calls.
• Build trust quickly and make customers feel comfortable in their own homes.
• Inspect HVAC systems and identify problems, opportunities, and potential improvements.

Service and Maintenance

• Perform HVAC maintenance and basic mechanical repairs.
• Replace common electrical and mechanical components.
• Clean, inspect, adjust, and test equipment.
• Make sure every system is operating safely and correctly before you leave.

Serve

• Deliver the kind of customer experience people tell their friends about.
• Treat every homeowner like you’d want someone to treat your own family.
• Leave the home cleaner than you found it.
• And most importantly—do what you said you were going to do.

What We Require

• Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving history.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and comfortably bend, climb, kneel, and work in attics and outdoor environments.
• Ability to work in Las Vegas heat and varying weather conditions.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening. THC excluded.
• At least 1 year of consultative sales experience.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
