We're seeking a driven HVAC Sales Technician to join our growing team! This role combines the hands-on expertise of an HVAC Service Technician with the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions through equipment sales. If you're a skilled technician who enjoys helping customers find the right solutions and want to be rewarded for your performance, this is the role for you.
Job Summary: Perform service, maintenance, and repairs on residential heating and air conditioning systems while also identifying and selling replacement equipment and system upgrades. Deliver top-notch customer service and help clients choose the best comfort solutions for their homes.
What We Offer
Compensation: 100% commission-based structure, with targeted annual earnings of $80,000 - $120,000.
Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 40+ hours per week, with some overtime and on-call as needed
