HVAC Sales Technician

Mainline Plumbing, AC & Electrical is seeking an experienced HVAC Sales Technician to join our growing team. If you're a skilled HVAC professional who enjoys helping customers find the right solutions while maximizing your earning potential, we'd like to hear from you.
In this role, you'll diagnose HVAC issues, recommend solutions, and sell repair, replacement, and service options to residential and commercial customers. This is an excellent opportunity for technicians who combine strong technical knowledge with outstanding customer communication and sales skills.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
- Present repair and replacement options to customers
- Sell HVAC services, repairs, and system upgrades
- Educate customers on available solutions and recommendations
- Perform HVAC service work as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and customer records
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every call
What We're Looking for
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC experience required
- Experience with residential and commercial HVAC systems preferred
- EPA Certification and refrigerant handling experience strongly preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Proven ability to build trust with customers and close sales
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
Compensation & Benefits
