HVAC Selling Technician Responsibilities:

• May assist with product demonstrations and installations.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC issues
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and components
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues
• Identify and prospect potential customers
• Build and maintain relationships with customers
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
• Negotiate and close sales deals
• Assist with installations as needed
• Working knowledge of electrical and ductwork systems
• Ensure customer satisfaction

HVAC Selling Technician Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns
• Sales and negotiation skills

HVAC Selling Technician Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• HVAC certification
• HVAC industry experience
• EPA certification
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to use a tablet and smartphone
• Ability to follow processes and procedures
