Position Summary:


We are seeking a motivated and results-driven HVAC Salesperson to join our growing team in the Houston area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting in-home sales presentations, developing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth by offering residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems and services. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, technical knowledge of HVAC systems, and the ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct in-home and on-site consultations with prospective customers to assess HVAC needs.

  • Present product and service options tailored to customer requirements, budget, and building specifications.

  • Provide accurate cost estimates, explain financing options, and close sales.

  • Generate leads through referrals, cold calling, networking, and follow-ups with past clients.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC systems, products, industry trends, and local codes.

  • Collaborate with installation teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain customer records, manage sales pipeline, and report regularly on activity and results.

  • Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and company events as required.
