Your New Role

• Run residential HVAC service calls throughout the McKinney area.

• Perform complete HVAC inspections and diagnostic evaluations

• Complete common truck stock repairs including capacitors, contactors, and other minor component replacements

• Present repair and system replacement options based on the condition of the equipment and the homeowner's needs

• Recommend new HVAC systems when appropriate

• Help customers make informed decisions using a professional, consultative approach

• Record service details accurately using Housecall Pro or a comparable dispatch CRM

• Monitor personal performance metrics including close rate, average ticket, and daily production

• Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and team members

• Deliver high quality workmanship and an outstanding customer experience

• Location: McKinney, Texas 75070 and surrounding communities.

• Universal EPA 608 Certification

• At least 3 years of residential HVAC experience

• Strong residential HVAC diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities

• Experience presenting repair and replacement options to homeowners

• Experience recommending HVAC equipment replacements

• Experience using Housecall Pro or a similar dispatch CRM

• Valid driver's license

• Ability to manage a residential service route independently

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Commitment to ongoing technical and sales development
