What You’ll Do:- Diagnose & repair residential HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot complex heating & cooling issues
- Perform AC, furnace & heat pump service/repairs
- Educate customers on maintenance & system performance
- Recommend Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) solutions & upgrades
- Identify system replacement opportunities
- Participate in on-call rotation
What We’re Looking For:- 5+ years HVAC service experience
- Strong troubleshooting & diagnostic skills
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools & service procedures
- Professional communication & customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces & all weather conditions
