A Day in the Role
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems across heating, cooling, and ventilation.
- Tackle drain cleaning and resolve related service concerns to keep systems running smoothly.
- Explain findings and repair options clearly to homeowners, helping them make confident decisions.
- Rotate through after-hours on-call duty to support customers when they need help most.
- Mentor HVAC apprentices in technical best practices, safety, and professionalism.
- Document each service visit accurately and promptly.
- Keep your workspace, vehicle, and job sites clean, organized, and safe.
- Consistently uphold high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer service.

What You Bring
- At least 4 years of residential HVAC troubleshooting experience.
- Hands-on experience performing drain cleaning and related services.
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.
