Due to continued growth, they are seeking a motivated professional who wants to develop their skills and take on increasing responsibilities within a collaborative, team-oriented environment.Job DescriptionReceive and manage incoming customer service requests.Gather troubleshooting information related to HVAC issues, including heating, cooling, leaks, equipment performance, and diagnostics.Create and maintain service tickets utilizing construction management and accounting software.Dispatch HVAC technicians and coordinate daily service schedules.Monitor open work orders, service backlogs, and project progress to ensure timely completion.Coordinate equipment, material, and parts procurement with vendors and suppliers.Track delivery schedules and maintain visibility of parts lead times.Assist with estimating, proposal preparation, and bid support activities.Obtain vendor and subcontractor pricing for service and construction projects.Perform quantity takeoffs and support project planning efforts.Track proposal activity, award status, and project opportunities.Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, vendors, subcontractors, and internal leadership teams.Support commercial HVAC installation projects valued up to approximately $7 million.The Successful ApplicantExperience in commercial and/or residential HVAC operations required.Background in one or more of the following: service dispatching, service coordination, assistant project management, project coordination, HVAC estimating.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Experience tracking service tickets, project schedules, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.Comfortable interacting with customers, field personnel, vendors, and management teams.Proficiency with at least one of the following platforms preferred: FOUNDATION, Sage, Procore.Ability to work full-time in an office environment.Desire to grow into expanded project management and estimating responsibilities.What's on OfferCompensationBase salary between $80,000 - $120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.Benefits100% employer-paid Blue Cross Blue Shield medical insurance for employeesPotential dependent coverage assistance2 weeks of PTO5 paid sick daysStable, long-term employment with advancement opportunities
