On behalf of our client, Creative Comfort Inc., we are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused HVAC Service Dispatcher to join their growing team in Hazleton, PA.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Answer incoming customer calls and schedule service appointments
- Dispatch HVAC technicians efficiently based on urgency, location, and skill set
- Coordinate daily service schedules and communicate updates to technicians and customers
- Monitor technician routes and job progress throughout the day
- Maintain accurate customer records, service notes, and scheduling information
- Provide exceptional customer service and professionally handle customer concerns
- Assist with preparing work orders, invoices, and service documentation
- Coordinate with management regarding scheduling priorities and workflow
- Support the service department with administrative duties as needed

Required Experience:
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior dispatching, scheduling, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
- HVAC, construction, plumbing, electrical, or service industry experience is a plus
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Professional phone etiquette and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to problem-solve and adjust schedules quickly when needed
- Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using scheduling or dispatch software
- Knowledge of HVAC terminology and service operations
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy
