This is a key role connecting customers, technicians, and the service team. You'll coordinate schedules, manage changing priorities, and help ensure our field technicians have the support they need to deliver an excellent customer experience. Our leadership team is actively involved in daily operations, and we're committed to providing a stable workplace where employees can grow and build lasting careers.What We OfferEstablished, locally owned company with more than 44 years in businessMedical Insurance Coverage (multiple plan options)Paid HolidaysPaid Time OffSimple IRA with company matchOngoing training and opportunities for professional developmentPay: $21–$25 per hour, depending on experience Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PMWhat You'll Be Responsible ForCoordinate and manage daily service schedules for a team of HVAC technicians.Dispatch technicians based on location, skill set, availability, and customer needs.Monitor job progress and adjust schedules throughout the day as priorities change.Communicate appointment confirmations, updates, and delays to customers and field technicians.Handle incoming service requests and assist customers with scheduling questions.Identify and prioritize emergency calls to ensure timely service.Maintain accurate customer records, equipment information, and work orders in the service management system.Work closely with the Service Manager and field team to maximize technician productivity and minimize scheduling gaps.Help resolve scheduling conflicts and unexpected changes while keeping customers informed.Provide professional, helpful communication that reflects the company's commitment to customer service.What We're Looking ForAt least 2 years of experience in dispatching, scheduling, or a customer-facing service coordination roleHVAC, plumbing, electrical, restoration, or related home-services industry experience preferredPrevious experience coordinating schedules for 8–15 field technicians is a plusFamiliarity with FieldEdge or comparable field service management software strongly preferredStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyClear, professional communication skills, both written and verbalComfortable navigating computer systems, scheduling platforms, and service softwareAbility to think on your feet, solve problems, and remain composed in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and follow-throughDependable, professional, and willing to work collaboratively with the entire teamWhat Success Looks LikeYou're someone who can keep multiple moving pieces organized without losing sight of the customer experience.
