Parker & Sons is currently seeking an HVAC Dispatcher to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our dispatchers are responsible for scheduling and dispatching home services repair, installation and maintenance technicians to specified customer locations for service and repair. Keeping you comfortable with expert heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical service Since 1974. Parker & Sons has been serving homeowners and businesses for over 50 years and is recognized nationally for being one of the most knowledgeable heating, cooling, plumbing, and air quality contractors in the industry. Serving Maricopa, Pinal, and Gila Counties, Parker & Sons continues after all these years to maintain an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and even won the BBB Torch Award For Ethics (Twice!)

Schedule --------

We are looking to cover 2 shifts. Following are both schedules.

• M-F 10AM - 7PM • F-M, 4 10-hour shifts, 7AM-6PM or 8AM-7PM

Requirements ------------

Must have a Minimum 1 year of dispatching experience in HVAC, Electric, Plumbing, or a related trades industry, Candidates with no trades dispatch experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities ----------------

• Schedule and monitor daily technician schedule • Dispatch work orders to field technicians according to priority and location • Receive and record completed work orders from the field technicians • Contact customers to confirm next-day appointments • Communicate with field personnel via Outlook • Handle paperwork for assigned departments and technicians • Maintain accurate technician database • Coordinate parts scheduling • Coordinate warranty installations with other divisions • Answer general questions regarding rebates, system operations, warranties, etc. from customers

Qualifications -------------

Do I have What it Takes?

• High School Diploma or GED preferred • Minimum 2 years of dispatching experience, in HVAC, Plumbing, or a related industry • Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications • Experience with Service Titan is a plus • Must be able to work evenings and weekends
