HVAC Schedule Coordinator - Service Dispatcher

This position is the initial contact to our clients, customers, and office staff, and plays a vital role providing excellent service to our internal team & customers.

Pay: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience + Spiffs

Work Hours: Monday through Friday | 8:00am to 5:00pm | with occasional overtime during peak seasons

What you will be doing:

  • Answering calls
  • Maintain the Service Technicians daily schedules and dispatch the technicians
  • Work directly with the technicians on a day to day
  • Ensure that vehicles are stocked
  • Assist with parts and inventory
  • Assist with quoting and job follow up
  • Assist with warranty claims
  • Schedule return trips with customers when parts are in
  • Keeping customers appraised as to schedule and requested lead-times
  • Maintain customer database with current information

What We Are Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years related experience and/or training in customer service, dispatch, project coordinating, scheduling or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent and interpersonal communication skills
  • The ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and technicians
  • Data entry, filing, and other general office duties
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • CRM Database experience we use a cloud bases CRM
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
