What You’ll Be Doing
As an HVAC Technician with One Hour, Redmond, you’ll deliver reliable, high-quality service to residential customers. From diagnostics to repairs, maintenance, and system improvements — you will be the trusted expert our customers rely on.
What your day could look like:
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, A/Cs, and mini-splits
- Perform preventive maintenance and emergency HVAC service as needed
- Service light commercial systems such as small offices and retail spaces
- Accurately document service details using company-provided iPads
- Communicate clearly with customers and dispatch to ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery
- Identify additional service or system improvement opportunities and review options with customers
Schedule & Service Area
- Schedule: 5 days per week with a rotating on-call schedule
- Service Area: Limited to the Eastside - i.e. Redmond and neighboring areas
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of residential HVAC experience preferred
- Strong HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners
- Valid driver’s license
