How You Will Make an Impact:

- Execute high-quality installations and service repairs on residential HVAC systems including hydronics and mini-splits.
- \n
- Diagnose complex mechanical failures and provide effective, long-term solutions that enhance home comfort and efficiency.
- \n
- Communicate technical options clearly to homeowners, guiding them toward the best system upgrades for their specific needs.
- \n
- Utilize ServiceTitan software to manage work orders, document project progress, and maintain accurate client records.
- \n
- Collaborate with the "Home Solutions" team to ensure every installation meets the high standards of a professional craftsman.
- \n
- Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections to prolong the lifespan of diverse residential mechanical systems.
- \n
- Mentor junior team members by demonstrating proper technical workflows and advanced troubleshooting techniques in the field.
- \n

Required Qualifications & Experience:
\n
- \n
- 3+ years of professional experience in residential HVAC service, installation or another trade.
- \n
- Proven proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing a wide range of residential mechanical equipment.
- \n
- Valid Driver’s License, insurable, and a commitment to maintaining a professional onsite presence.
- \n
- Ability to physically navigate residential job sites, including attics, crawlspaces, and exterior units.
- \n
- Strong verbal communication skills with a focus on client education and satisfaction.
- \n

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
\n
- \n
- Advanced experience operating within the ServiceTitan software platform.
- \n
- Demonstrated "hybrid" capability with equal proficiency in both complex service diagnostics and full system installations.
- \n
- Specialized knowledge of properly designed hydronic systems and high-efficiency ductwork.
- \n
- NATE Certification.
- \n
- Previous experience in a consultative service role involving direct client interaction and option-based selling.
- \n
