HVAC Service/Install Technicians

Description

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team at All Aspects Restoration in Indianapolis, Indiana. We work exclusively on residential systems for investor clients.
No high pressure sales or upselling. We repair and replace HVAC systems on occupied investment properties.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems and a commitment to providing excellent service to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
• Maintain accurate records of work performed
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC technician
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must pass background check
• EPA certification
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work overtime and be on-call as needed

Compensation

$24 - $35 hourly
