HVAC Service & Installation Technician

Rapidly growing HVAC company is seeking an experienced Service & Installation Technician to join our team!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

·         Install HVAC equipment in residential and commercial settings including boilers, furnaces, heat pumps, and mini-split systems

·         Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction

·         Complete installations efficiently and accurately

·         Lead installation team to ensure overall success

·         Responsible for material and equipment inventory

·         Additional responsibilities as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

·         Minimum of 3-5 years in HVAC installations and service

·         Experience with residential and commercial HVAC systems

·         Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating

·         Experience in oil, natural gas, and propane systems

·         Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

·         Must have ability to manage projects independently as well as with a team

·         Safety consciousness, good attitude, high level of motivation, and ability to represent the company well to all customers is required.

·         Valid & Clean Driver’s License

·         OSHA 10*

·         EPA 608*

·         BURNSAFE*
