HVAC Service - Maintenance Technician

Pay Range: $28.00 to $40.00 per hour based on experience, plus performance incentives, bonuses, and SPIFF opportunities

Unlimited commission and bonus opportunities

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday | 8:00am to 5:00pm | occasional overtime

What You Will Be Doing:

• Diagnose and repair a variety of residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance inspections and system tune-ups.
• Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Evaluate equipment performance and identify repair solutions.
• Educate customers on repair options, system upgrades, and replacement opportunities.
• Clearly document service findings, recommendations, and completed work for customers and management.
• Prepare accurate invoices and service records.
• Maintain a professional appearance and deliver exceptional customer service on every call.

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum of three years of residential and/or light commercial HVAC service experience
• EPA Universal Certification required
• NATE certification preferred; training assistance provided
• Understanding of air balancing methods and system performance optimization
• Graduate of an accredited HVAC trade or technical school
• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
• Experience servicing Trane equipment is beneficial
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
