HVAC Service - Maintenance Technician
Pay Range: $28.00 to $40.00 per hour based on experience, plus performance incentives, bonuses, and SPIFF opportunities
Unlimited commission and bonus opportunities
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday | 8:00am to 5:00pm | occasional overtime

What You Will Be Doing:
- Diagnose and repair a variety of residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance inspections and system tune-ups.
- Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Evaluate equipment performance and identify repair solutions.
- Educate customers on repair options, system upgrades, and replacement opportunities.
- Clearly document service findings, recommendations, and completed work for customers and management.
- Prepare accurate invoices and service records.
- Maintain a professional appearance and deliver exceptional customer service on every call.
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum of three years of residential and/or light commercial HVAC service experience
- EPA Universal Certification required
- NATE certification preferred; training assistance provided
- Understanding of air balancing methods and system performance optimization
- Graduate of an accredited HVAC trade or technical school
- Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
- Experience servicing Trane equipment is beneficial
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
