HVAC Service - Maintenance Technician| $80,000 - $150,000+ per year
Hourly + Commission + Spiffs | Uncapped performance pay
Work Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | No weekday after hours on-call
Job Duties:
- Diagnose, service, and maintenance of residential HVAC systems
- Solve comfort and airflow issues
- Educate homeowners on repair, upgrades, and replacement options
- Participate in a light, on-call rotation during peak season

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- Strong troubleshooting skills, including heat pumps, refrigerant systems, and airflow diagnostics
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Professional, customer-focused demeanor and clean-cut appearance
- Demonstrated pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
