We specialize in high-quality residential and commercial HVAC solutions throughout Southern California and are seeking a leader who can help elevate our service department to the next level.


What You’ll Do:✔ Lead & Grow the Service Department

Manage day-to-day HVAC service operations while driving revenue growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

✔ Build a High-Performing Team

Recruit, mentor, and develop service technicians, dispatchers, and support staff while creating a culture of accountability and excellence.

✔ Drive Sales & Customer Retention

Identify opportunities for maintenance agreements, system replacements, and service growth while maintaining strong client relationships.

✔ Oversee Operations & Performance

Monitor KPIs, technician performance, scheduling efficiency, and departmental profitability to ensure operational success.

✔ Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience

Ensure every customer receives professional, timely, and high-quality service that reflects the AD Air Conditioning standard.

✔ Develop Long-Term Growth Strategies

Help shape the company's future through strategic planning, process improvements, and scalable operational systems.


What You Bring:

✔ 5+ years of HVAC service management or leadership experience
✔ Strong knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC systems
✔ Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop service teams
✔ Experience managing budgets, KPIs, scheduling, and operational performance
✔ Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
✔ Strong understanding of customer service and sales-driven service operations
✔ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
