We are seeking an HVAC Service Manager to lead our service operations, support team performance, and help drive continued growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven leader who enjoys developing people, improving processes, and contributing to a stable, growing organization.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and support HVAC service technicians and office staff
  • Monitor service department performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate scheduling and resource allocation to maximize efficiency
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members
  • Review operational metrics and implement process improvements
  • Partner with leadership to achieve department and company goals
  • Help maintain high service standards and a positive customer experience
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and performance management

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of leadership or management experience
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop teams
  • Experience managing schedules, workflows, and operational priorities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable analyzing performance metrics and driving results
  • Experience working with P&L
  • HVAC industry experience is a plus
  • Experience with Service Titan is a plus
