What You’ll Do:

Oversee the HVAC service department’s operations and profitability
Train, mentor, and motivate a team of skilled HVAC technicians
Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and teamwork
Recruit, hire, and onboard top-tier talent
Ensure 5-star service and customer satisfaction at every touchpoint
Conduct ride-alongs and performance coaching to enhance technician success
Manage the dispatch board and optimize scheduling efficiency
Oversee contract jobs and ensure compliance with industry standards

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of HVAC experience with strong technical skills
Leadership experience with a proven ability to manage and inspire teams
Solid understanding of HVAC codes, troubleshooting, and repair
Hands-on approach—willing to assist in the field when needed
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to drive revenue growth and uphold company standards
A passion for developing technicians and fostering a learning environment
Positive, patient, and customer-focused mindset
Must pass background screening, drug testing, and have a clean driving record
Experience with ServiceTitan software is a plus
