Position Overview

This role is responsible for owning the performance of the service department - people, production, and customer experience.

This is not just dispatching or scheduling.

This is leadership, coaching, and accountability.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and manage service technicians
• Drive revenue, efficiency, and average ticket
• Monitor and improve key KPIs:
  • Conversion rate
  • Call completion
  • Revenue per tech
• Ride along with technicians for training and development
• Ensure high-level customer experience on every call
• Oversee scheduling and workflow with dispatch
• Handle escalated service issues professionally
• Recruit, hire, and develop team members

• Strong HVAC technical background (field experience required)
• Proven leadership experience in service or operations
• Ability to drive performance and hold people accountable
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Comfortable working with metrics and KPIs
