About the Role

As an HVAC Service Professional with the company, you will provide expert commercial and residential HVAC services to customers in the Des Moines, IA area. This is a mid-level position offering a competitive salary range of $95,000 – $150,000, reflecting our commitment to rewarding skilled professionals who take their craft seriously.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial and residential HVAC systems
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Communicate clearly with customers to explain issues and recommended solutions
• Complete service documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Uphold safety standards and company quality guidelines on every job
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HVAC service and repair (mid-level experience required)
• EPA 608 Certification required
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
